1. Let’s start with a chat! Meet one of our interior designers in store and let us know the looks you love and the products you find appealing.
2. Schedule an appointment for our interior designer to come to your home and work with you to create spaces that reflect your style and taste. We’ll be more than happy to discuss your aims and budget.
3. Create a sales order of your perfect furniture and giftware items…and get set for delivery!

How can we save you money?

Having an expert assist you in decorating your personal sanctuary may sound extravagant, but it can actually save you money in the long run, by avoiding costly mistakes when things just aren’t right.

Our interior design service requires an initial $500 deposit, however this fee will be put towards your deposit on your sales order if you spend $5000 or more in one transaction, within two weeks of your home visit. In this instance, our interior design service will set you back…NOTHING!

If you do not proceed with a minimum $5,000 order in the given time frame, the $500 deposit will form the consultancy fee for our interior design service.

By Dezign’s interior design service does not include the delivery, assembly, installation or set-up of your furniture and decorator items, however feel free to ask us for a quotation on delivery and assembly. We’re only too happy to help!

So what exactly can you expect for your money?

1. A qualified interior designer will come to your home to discuss your needs, wants and budget. Many customers are looking for help with maximising space, adding light, colour and fresher and more interesting aspects to their home. Our designers are only too pleased to help you achieve the LOOK you desire. They will take photos and measurements of the areas you wish to furnish and decorate. If you are able to provide floor plans, it is very helpful.
2. After the initial consultation, the designer will go back to the store and begin to formulate options for each area. For the designer, this can involve up to twelve hours of work.
3. The customer will need to meet with the designer IN STORE to view the suggestions and test personal aspects of furniture such as comfort, etc.
4. Decorator items are then co-ordinated with the colours and styles chosen and purchases as cash and carry items – our delivery providers will not deliver decorator items unless they are too large to fit in a car.

Please note that By Dezign’s decorator items sell very quickly and often cannot be re-ordered, so we request you place your order as quickly as possible to ensure you do not miss out on any of the items you love!
